30-Day Returns
At Pawora, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos of the item and packaging where applicable.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned before a refund can be issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Pawora reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
